I smoked for 36 years and stopped 17 ago.

Determination and change of smoking routine are the paths.

Every smoker has a routine to light their cigarettes, such as: after breakfast, to activate the bowel, when leaving the house, when entering the car, etc.

I say with all propriety, my addiction to smoking was never a dependence on nicotine but a daily routine.

When I eliminated the routine I just stopped.

Routine is the habit of always doing one thing the same way.
