Welcome to Mulan's Kitchen!

No coconut milk? No worries! Let's make a special delight. 👌

CREAMY MAJA BLANCA 😍

Did you know that “Maja Blanca” means “White Maja” which is commonly known as coconut pudding. As a Filipino favorite kakanin (desert or snack), it is always served in fiestas, holidays and special occasions.

This food has a rich historical background having originated from Spain and was adapted from the traditional Spanish holiday referred to as manjar blanco, which actually means white delicacy.

Alright folks, enough with the history thingy and let's enjoy cooking time!!!

Don't forget to drop your comments below about your favorite delicacies!

Mine? I love those delicacies called Balut in Southeast Asia.
Thank you, Folks.
