How to cook crispy, juicy and delicious fried chicken. Here is the secret ingredients. Yummylicious!
After coating the chicken with flour please leave it at least 5-8 minutes.
When frying:
set to high heat and test the oil heat with bamboo stick or any wooden stick. If the stick will bubble it means you can already fry the chicken and adjust the heat into medium heat.
INGREDIENTS:
5 chicken leg quarters
BATTER: (this is the secret recipe)
1 & 1/2 cups chicken stock (you can use chicken cube and boil it with 1 & 1/2 cups water)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole milk (or fresh milk)
1 large egg
BREADING MIX:
1/2 cup Crispy Fry breading mix
1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cornstarch
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp white pepper powder ( you can also use ground black pepper)
Cooking oil (for frying)
