INGREDIENTS:
124g sotanghon noodles
6 cups water (for boiling)
2 large eggs
2 stalks green onion, chopped
1 cup sliced cabbage
1 pouch (10g) Mama Sita's Pang-Gisa Mix (you can use salt & pepper to taste instead) 2 tbsp flour
1-2 tbsp cooking oil
