Paintings by Brian Puckett from the late 1970's to the early 1980's. The Rounded People are still figurative but no longer realism. The Three-hole People (and the experimental offshoots "Woman With Lobster", "Siamese Cat With Fish" and "Siamese Cat With Mouse" are surrealism based on a realistic approach to subject depiction. The paintings usually depict a single or isolated figure. Oil on canvas. Painted in Denver, Colorado. Sizes range from about 1.5x2 feet to 3x5 feet.
