This is the kind of meal I eat extremely regularly to build lean muscle as a vegan bodybuilder. Cals: 1321, Pro: 55g, carbs: 130g, fat: 57g. Were I to switch to a cutting phase I'd drop the fats down substantially and perhaps the carbs just a little bit as time goes on.
