The Beautiful Caterpillar

Most of us have heard the famous Hans Christian Andersen story, The Ugly Duckling. To sum it up, it's about a "duckling" who is ridiculed because he looks different to the other ducklings. He suffers loneliness and isolation because everyone (ducks, geese, cat, children) mock him and think he's ugly. In the end he sees the beautiful swans in the lake and decides to join them. When he looks down into his reflection he sees that he is also a swan and not a duckling. All the children on the side of the lake point at him, praising his beauty.
