Vegetarian nigiri sushi recipe by Chef George Krumov from FinestChef.com.
Although, traditionally, there isn't such a Japanese sushi as vegetarian nigiri, I have designed this recipe so all the vegetarians can have the most popular type of sushi without fish.
And, to be honest, I enjoy it almost as much as the regular nigiri, and some of my family even enjoy the vegetarian nigiri more. Cheers.
