The last thing you want in a street fight is to be on the ground. That said, if someone wants to tackle you and bring you to the ground, make sure you don’t let them do that.

We show you how to lower your center of gravity, bring your hands up to block the attack and prevent the tackle from going further.

From there, you immediately strike back your attacker and make sure that you eliminate the threat.
