DIRT BIKE RIDER CONFRONTED, POSSIBLY ON DRUGS?

This reckless dirt bike rider ripped up a public walking trail and almost hit a volunteer, which turned into a confrontation after he has been fixing all the ruts he's been leaving. This wasn't the first time either, this same driver has been ripping all over town and was already being sought after by police. He was arrested shortly after this video.
