Did you know that pancakes existed since over 30,000 years ago during the stone age?!!! Now look at that history. 😮

And one more thing, the word itself "Pancake" is literally the name of its inventor - Pancake. It was a happy coincidence that she invented a cake made in pans. 😂😂😂

Mine? My best moment with pancakes is when my mom praised me after serving her some of the pancakes I prepared. Well, I'm not really a good cook but it warms my heart whenever I make my mom happy. 😊

Vegetable Pancake: An All-time Healthy Merienda
Ingredients: 1 Large Cabbage (diced), 2 Medium Carrots (grated), 3 Stems Green Spring Onions (chopped), 2 Cups Flour, 2 Tbsp White Sugar, 1 Tsp Salt, 2 Medium Eggs, 1 1/2 Cups Water, 1 Seasoning Mix (Magic Sarap), Cooking Oil
Note: Pour a small amount of cooking oil when frying the batter. Do not overcook the pancake. Variation: You can use mayonnaise for dipping instead of ketchup or use grated cheese for toppings. Contact: kitchenofmulan@gmail.com
