Sheriff Cunningham to Gun Criminals- "We want to make sure that you get the stiffest penalty..."

Montgomery County Sheriff Derrick Cunningham comment on the recent rise in crime, particularly homicide, in an interview with WSFA. He suggest the problem is the penalties for criminals are not strict enough and people that, "somebody just took a life and they are going to jail and they are getting the same bond as a person would get for shop lifting in some cases.”
