My Weird Chronic Illness Story: Menopausal Gout? MS? Tick-Borne Disease?

I'm starting a series of videos where I'll share progress with my own health journey, in hopes it might help someone else. It's June 13, 2021, and I've just spoken with a doctor about possible menopausal gout, and she also decided to test me for a tick-borne illness (not Lyme, which was previously negative) and order an MRI of my brain to look for signs of multiple sclerosis (MS).
