Most people think it's the females who have big, pretty feathers.

Males have bright blue bodies, with green, blue, gold and other shades in the tail feathers.

Females, on the other hand, have white, a grayish hue and some darker shades on the body. They have a little green/blue around their necks, but nothing as impressive as males.
