"Christmas Again!" A Holiday Poem

Christmas is my absolute favorite holiday, and "Christmas Again!" is the first poem I wrote expressing my joy for its existence. Christmas has always been a special time, when the better angles of our nature seem to venture out more often and more generously than at any other time of the year. It is a magic holiday where wishes and dreams really can come true, whether the hoped for toy of a young child, or the miracle of forgiveness and reunion prayed for by someone nearing the end of their journey. It is a holiday of love and hope, explicitly designed to be shared with family and friends. "Christmas Again!" reflects and expresses the pure joy of the holiday, and the entire holiday season it brings.Show more
