I get scared off by 3 uniformed police officers guarding illegal hotel in Phoenix

The Biden administration is currently spending over $500 Million to house illegal migrants in hotels in the Phoenix area including Scottsdale. I visited one of these hotels and was scared off by three uniformed Phoenix police officers.
