Occurred on June 7, 2021 / Bakersfield, California, USA

Info from Licensor: "Bakersfield, Ca. My son and I walked to the gas station to see tar all over the parking lot. Cars were driving through it and shooting it up everywhere. Customers unknowingly walked on it and tracked it in the store. It was supposed to just be sealant, but the company messed up. End result is still pending."
