This assisted meditation can be used before sleeping to get into a deeply relaxed state. When I go to bed my thoughts start racing as my head hits the pillow. In this meditation we will practice to let go of what happened during the day but also to reflect on the beautiful things the day has brought us. We guide ourselves through three amazing things that happened during the day. We can face sleep with a smile on our face, knowing that the day was ours and that we lived. Let go, breathe, and live another day.
