How to make delicious Buffalo Wings
Ingredients:
For wings:
Chicken wings 12 pcs
Hot sauce ½ cup
Chili powder 1tsp
Paprika 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Corn flour ¼ cup
Plain flour ½ cup
For sauce:
Butter 2 tbsp.
Hot sauce ½ cup
Salt 1tsp
Chili powder 1tsp
Paprika 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Garlic powder 1tsp
Corn flour 1tsp
Instructions:
1. Cut and prepare the wings. Cut them by their articulation.
2. Place wings in a bowl and season them with 1tsp of paprika, 1tsp salt, 1tsp black pepper, 1tsp chilli powder, ¼ cup corn flour, ½ plain flour. Mix it well and refrigerate for about one hour.
3. Fry the chicken wings. for about 10-12 minutes, until they are golden brown.
4. While wings are frying, prepare buffalo sauce. In a sauce pan add butter and melt it over low heat. Then add hot sauce, 1tsp salt, vinegar, and 1tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp. of paprika, 1tsp of chilli powder and 1 tsp. of corn starch. Mix all ingredients while cooking over low heat for about 5-7minutes.
5. Remove the chicken wings from the oil and put them on paper towel.
6. Finally, mix the wings with buffalo sauce and serve.
