FINDING THE INTRINSIC VALUE OF A STOCK

Knowing the intrinsic value of a stock is extremely important as it is the basis for your buy or sells decisions. Fortunately, it is not that difficult, all you need to do is know the business and estimate future earnings. Add a valuation to that and you have your intrinsic value. I discuss Skechers (NYSE: SKX) as an example for calculating intrinsic value and how stock values are much more volatile than intrinsic value.
