Bloomberg reports that all the biggest private fossil fuel companies around the world are shrinking. Pressure from governments, activists, or courts is stifling private companies. But that's just transferring the business to state-owned companies in places like Russia and Saudi Arabia.
NTD talked to former Texas state representative Jason Issac about what that means. Even from an environmental standpoint, does building up state-owned oil producers really change anything?
