- 200g flour
- 15cl of water
- 1 pinch of salt

* FOR THE STUFFING:
- 300g of meat
- 250g of grated carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 2 tablespoons of tomato
- salt and pepper
