How to make delicious restaurant-style Beef Seekh Kabab

Ingredients:

Beef Mine – 500 g
Garlic – 15 cloves
Green chilies – 2-3
Onion – 1 medium-sized
Ginger – 2inch
Gram masala – 1tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Coriander seeds – 2 tbsp.
Red Chilli – 1 tbsp. (crushed)
Cumin powder – 1 ½ tbsp.
Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Coriander – 2 tbsp. [freshly chopped]
Mint – 2 tbsp. [freshly chopped]
Ghee – 2 tbsp.

Additional:
Coal for smoking.
Water
BBQ Stick
Oil for cooking.
Salad for garnishing.

Direction:

Take a bowl and add beef mince, garlic, green chilies, onion, ginger, garam masala, baking soda, coriander seeds, red chili (crushed), cumin powder, red chili powder, salt. Mix it all. Add mint and coriander and chop it finely. Then add 2 tbsp ghee and mix it by hand properly. Smoke it using coal for about 3-5 mins and then let the mince rest for 1 hour at least. Shape the kababs using the BBQ stick. Moist the hands before shaping to avoid mince sticking to hands. Cook them over low heat in oil. Serve with your fav salad.
