Lamborghini traveling 141 mph before rear-ending moped last Saturday night

According to an arrest report, 33-year-old Andrew Rodriguez from Texas is accused by Las Vegas police of driving at least 141 mph in a Lamborghini before hitting and killing a moped driver on June 5 near Russell Road and Rogers Street.
