Horses are magical and oh-so majestic. Most folks can feel that magical bond between horses and humans by simply being around them. The ten years that I shared with my golden palomino were intensely personal and sublimely mystical. The influence of horse energy and our daily physical connection while out riding the trails of the Great Swamp Wildlife Refuge in north central New Jersey was deeply healing, and empowering for my keenly introverted teenage self.

This meditation music is relaxing, helps quiet the mind and can soothe our souls from the daily grind of everyday life. If you are not acquainted with horses, I hope this mediation captures and conveys the fun, power and elegance of our noble equine friends,
