Lin Wood is a trial lawyer with more than 43 years’ experience in handling civil litigation. Mr. Wood has extensive experience in First Amendment/defamation/reputation litigation and management of the media in high-profile cases of national significance.

In recent years, Mr. Wood has been a guest speaker on the current state of the legal profession and professionalism. In the past year, Mr. Wood has also been an active commentator on the political issues facing our country and their relationship to the rule of law.

Mr. Wood is an outspoken defender of the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights. He also serves as CEO of #FightBack, a 501(c)(4) non-profit foundation dedicated to preserving the constitutional rights of all citizens.
