The above average summer-like heat and humidity continue through the week. But today, slightly cooler if you live on the lake and bay, yay! Winds will be out of the east at 10mph, acting as free air conditioning by the lake shore, as temperatures quickly rise to the upper 80s and low 90s again. However, dew points will be in the 60s to around 70 making it feel humid and oppressive. Lower 90s on Thursday & Friday will give way to a more comfortable weekend ahead. Saturday morning looks like a better chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms across the area, with Sunday the calmer day to head outdoors. Next week cooler and more comfortable temperatures move in.
