Grilling a Steak (Silent Short Film)

I spent sunset charring a big tri-tip roast on my new little charcoal grill! Just sea salt (Redmond Real Salt), as usual.

Smoke and salt harmonize with beef like they’re a butcher shop trio singing about how delicious they are. And they’re right! This meat was flavorful and tender.

Lost track of how long I was cooking, but it was around 1 hour for 3 lbs. of cold steak.
