KiCad Ngspice error running on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed

Fixing a KiCad ngspice error running on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed. Error “Failed to load shared library libngspice.so.0.0.0 undefined symbol history_file”. Rebuilding the ngspice shared library and replacing the defective one.
