INTJ judge speaking about breeding children as a "cash crop"! SICK!

I'm not even sure where I got this one, so I don't want to get "dinged" but this guy is speaking about Adrenchrome, and openly speaking about how they have children "Bred by families as a cash crop" and how they don't come with birth certificates to make it easier to kill them for their various evil reasons. They also fly them in by the plane loads??
