Every morning I wake up and play a few rounds of Mahjong to help steady my brain for the day. I have a very difficult time in the morning just to get up and going because I can't focus on the basics and become very clumsy.
I arrive late to appointments because I fall over my own feet to get out the door. It is essential to exercise my brain every day.
When doing this exercise, I pay attention to the timing and work to improve each day. No, this isn't a miracle, not do I have the expertise to say that this is effective for everyone. All I have to say is that this strategy works when preparing for my day.
