Evil Government (Brit Shalom 47)

The purpose of government is to make a safe environment of laws and law enforcement. We must follow the laws of the land for the sake of civilization.
However, if a government is evil and corrupt, and their laws are controlling and destructive, then we go to "survival mode" and with wisdom do everything possible to reject the evil mandates.
