Facemasks on children, sweltering heat, and no fans allowed! Viva on the street rant

It’s a never ending race to the bottom. Sweltering heat, facemasks on children, and the government doesn’t want fans in class because it might “disperse the infectious particles”. We are being governed by incompetence.
