Harley Motorcyclist hit skipped - surveillance footage

A Harley motorcycle rider was cut off and struck the vehicle causing the motorcycle to crash. The driver of the vehicle stopped for a moment, then the fled the scene leaving the Harley rider laying injured in the street.
