Drought emergency as reservoirs going dry

Now to the drought emergency in California and the reservoirs that are going dry. Places like Lake Oroville with scorched earth left behind from last year's wildfires. California's 1,500 reservoirs are 50 percent lower than they should be at this time of year and it's only expected to get worse.
