2012 - Dr. Fauci Speaks at Gain-of-Function Conference

In 2014, President Obama placed a moratorium on gain-of-function research in the U.S., fearing a viral leak might occur. Dr. Fauci transferred the research to the Wuhan lab in China, sending over $3 million to fund it.

In 2015, a study revealed the use of reverse genetics allowed the Chinese scientists to report: "Using the SARS-CoV reverse genetics system2, we generated and characterized a chimeric virus expressing the spike of bat coronavirus SHC014 in a mouse-adapted SARS-CoV backbone. The results indicate that group 2b viruses encoding the SHC014 spike in a wild-type backbone can efficiently use multiple orthologs of the SARS receptor human angiotensin converting enzyme II (ACE2), replicate efficiently in primary human airway cells and achieve in vitro titers equivalent to epidemic strains of SARS-CoV."

In other words, the Chinese scientists had successfully taken a bat virus and made it contagious to humans, in which it attacked the airway cells of the body... respiratory infection. You can find this study at:

However, Dr. Fauci does not discuss the fact that vaccines played little to no role in the decrease of deaths from the top infectious diseases - even polio. Historical studies reveal deaths decreased by 90% or BEFORE the vaccines were ever developed, due to clean water, sewer systems to remove bodily waste from the streets and drinking water sources, better education that led to better diets, better hygiene and a level of income that allowed people to move out of crowded city areas.
