Delicious Vanilla Cupcakes - Imperfect Cook

In today's video, we are making Vanilla Cupcakes. This recipe is the best one I have found yet. The cupcakes are fluffy and rich, they really don't even need icing. My favorite combo is to top them with whipped cream and fruit! Enjoy.

Ingredients:
2/3 Cup Butter, softened
1 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
3 Cups Cake Flour, Sifted
2 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Eggs
2 Tsp Clear Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 Cups Milk
