67 - The Metaphysics of Christian Education

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. This is the truth that sets the endeavor of Christian education apart from all other philosophies and disciplines: as Cornelius Van Til famously put it, "Two plus two is four and Jesus Christ is Lord." Through the preceding episodes of Halting Toward Zion, we've talked about the implications of God's character on sociology, politics, criminal justice, and many other topics--and today as we close out Book One of our podcast, we're applying all of those discussions, as well as the instructions God gave to His people in Deuteronomy 6, to education.
