What happens in Wake County when residents peaceably assemble? They go to jail and are forced to fight the system which fails to have knowledge of law versus executive order.

Also, what happened to all those arrests made in Raleigh as businesses were destroyed and eventually boarded up? Did you know the Wake County Sheriff Office and adjacent Justice Center is still suffering from physical damages after these events?

After wrapping up today's bench trial, defendant Monica Ussery was found guilty by Judge Bell as the State presented it's case against the Constitution and peaceful protesting. Ussery was fined for Violating NC Governor Roy Cooper's Executive Order 121 on grounds of exceeding the mass gathering.

On April 14, 2020, Ussery was arrested by Raleigh Police Department and handed off to State Police Officer Proctor.

On April 1, 2021 - almost one year later - the State Of North Carolina slapped Ussery with a charge for Trespassing claiming she was in a public parking lot unlawfully.
