Monica Ussery is finally getting her day in court following a long wait after being charged with Violating the NC Executive Order 121 and a newly added on trespass charge.
Judge Bell presided over the case and continued until 9:30am June 4, 2021. Watch the update to learn the outcome.

Ussery was arrested April 14, 2020 for violation the NC Executive Order and as recently as April 1,2021 a new charge was added on prior to the statute of limitations for charging her.
The public was granted access to the hearing today (mask free), but the decision rests with the Judge.
