Foreign Money Continues to Pour into China

This is my 2nd time in Xi'an, China. First time was in September 2007.
The building of infrastructure continues; now ramping up in 2nd and 3rd tier cities in China. The shopping mall has a ceiling that reminded me of Fremont Street in Old Las Vegas, but was told this goes over 100 meters
This is one of the areas that was developed after my first visit to this fine city. Xi'an is an extremely old city, a mixture of traditional China, location of their first Emperor with a very recent fusion of Western influence and interest.
