Asian lady's hair set on Fire !

Another hate crime committed on a asian lady when her hair was set on fire by a Black teen while he video it and his two friends were laughing with him. You won't hear the media say his race they even blurred his face in their report and then asked viewers to help identify him. . . how are we supposed to do that when they've blurred his damn face?
