1 cup cooked quinoa 1 tbsp italian seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder 1-2 tbsp coconut aminos 3-4 cups spring greens 1/2 avocado 1/6 of a lemon, 2 tbsp coconut aminos, garlic powder 2 cups veggies to top with Mix together quinoa, seasoning and coconut aminos. Add avocado, lemon, coconut aminos and garlic powder and mash into the salad. Place quinoa mix on the side and top with veggies. 412 calories / 60g carbs / 12g fat / 17g protein
