Fr. James Altman initially drew attention saying that a faithful Catholic cannot be a Democrat (August 20, 2020).

Bishop William Callahan of the Diocese of La Crosse asked Fr. Altman to resign for being "divisive and ineffective".

Fr. Altman DOES NOT CONSENT by continuing to refuse Bishop William T. Callahan’s request to resign‼️

Fr. Altman, still in the pulpit and in fine form, honored the memory of those who died in the service of American Liberty and Freedom.
