Motor Concept Magnetic Propulsion Control Trial Without Magnets and Back to Reality

This particular attempt as have previous ones to create magnetic propulsion from rotating the magnet and not rotating an entire unbalanced boat has apparently failed when a control trial was run without the magnets but only rotating weights.
