*I misspoke, It's Pluots not Pomelos . Pluots are a hybrid of plums and apricots. so delicious.
*Spoetzl Brewing has released this seasonal brew for us to enjoy.
A peach wheat using locally sourced fruit per the website, this is an interest departure from traditional citrus wheats.
On the nose she is very rich and fruity but not in such a way as to be off putting.
The initial hit confirms the fruit flavor and shows how well crafted this brew actually is. She runs medium fast thru the middle and finishes up delightfully dirty. While she is an enjoyable beer I couldn't drink more than 1 or 2 but thats not a detriment. This is a solid brew and worth the occasional foray into the Hill Country of Texas.
The ABV is 4.5, 15 is the IBUs. SRM is a by my eye 45.
Thanks for sharing a cold one with me .Also thank you for watching, liking and sharing.
