Legalisation of marijuana is occurring across the United States and around the world. However, many clinicians aren't aware of the facts surrounding cannabis and health. Nor is the general public aware of these, or serious non-medical concerns.

Dr Kenneth Finn is editor of a comprehensive and important new book - Cannabis in Medicine: An Evidence-Based Approach. This first of its kind, evidence-based guide outlines the current data, or lack thereof, as well as the need for further study of Cannabis use.

Dr Kenneth Finn, Graduated from Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. He is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine and Pain Management. Dr Finn has been Practicing medicine in Colorado Springs since 1994 and served as President of the American Board of Pain Medicine and a number of important task forces including the Colorado Medical Marijuana Scientific Advisory Council.
