James Harden who is best known as the superstar basketball player for the Houston Rockets of the NBA has been able to snag some pretty luxurious real estate in Houston. In addition, Harden has rented property in Beverly Hills where he’s been known to throw a few parties. And these parties are absolutely wild. In fact, in 2019, Harden had rented a 30 million dollar mansion in Beverly Hills that featured 14,500 square feet and boasted 8 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms among other deluxe features. This eventually turned into a lawsuit between Harden and George Pietro Santo after a few parties that totaled 300,000 dollars in damages. In 2015, Harden made a 2 million dollar purchase for Cuttino Mobley’s Houston home, a dig that featured 7,000 square feet and boasted 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. However, Harden’s most recent purchase was a 10 million dollar mansion in Houston that features a whopping 26,000 square feet. The home comes complete with a grotto, full bar, and wine room in addition to a bunch of other luxurious features.
