Who doesn’t have life issues? We all have them. Some are little, so are big and some are paralyzing. One of the common denominators of a “life issue” is it is very distracting. Life here is temporary and short and we need to be about God’s business, not all about ourselves and our life issues. We truly should make Jesus our “Life Issue”! The Bible promises (Matthew 6:30-33) us if we seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, then everything else falls into place by His Providential Care. When we are chasing after fulfillment of our life issues or we are paralyzed by our life issues, then we are not chasing after God. The best way to live life is not being a person all about ourselves, but being all in with God. God is able to care for our life issues and we live better when we are focused on God and not distracted by life issues. That is why it makes perfect common sense to make God our only “Life Issue”, to be about all things Him and let Him purposefully work out our life issues.
