We have been using this peach cobbler recipe for years and aside from being delicious it's easy to make.

Easy Homemade Peach Cobbler Recipe

2 quarts sliced peaches
1/2 cup of cane suga
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of cinnamon
1/4 cup Minute Tapioca
1/4 cup melted butter

For batter:
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Whole milk

Directions:

Heat peaches in a pan. Add sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir to combine then add Minute Tapioca. Let it boil and thickened for about 6-8 minutes.

Melt butter in a 13x9 baking dish. Set aside.

Make the butter by adding flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Transfer dry ingredients to the mixer. Add enough milk to moisten and thickened the batter.

Spoon batter into the baking dish on top of melter butter. Spoon peaches and juices over top.

Bake for 30-45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and peaches are bubbling.

Serve with vanilla ice cream (optional).
